Sometimes I write something and later, I'll be thinking about it and wondering what others are thinking about what I said. That got me to thinking, "I wonder if anyone thinks I'm even remotely exaggerating about my wood tick fear?"
I'm not, in the least. In fact, I am so afraid of the darn little tiny critters (yes, I see the irony here) that I lay awake, last night and the night before for a long time thinking they were crawling all over my house and my head. I swear, my head has never felt so tingly!
I really, truly am afraid of them. I know it sounds like such a joke and I have no problem joking about the fact that I'm afraid of such a tiny thing but I am serious about the fear. :)
