Got woken up by frantic pounding on my door - some guys needing me to move my van so they can put an optical illusion line in for my phone. Maybe it was fiber optic. Same diff. Anyway, I was not happy. It was 9:30. I was up until 3. And ALL of my kids were still sleeping for once. They finally slept in. Just one time. And we all get woken up!
Been staying up WAY too late. I'm a night owl but this is just getting way too out-of-hand. Anyway, yelled at the guys for waking me and the kids up so early. Moved the van. Came in the house. Woke up. Felt dumb. Why did I get so mad at total strangers?! Felt like I should go back out and apologize but couldn't quite open the door. Kept the shades shut. Now they're gone. Maybe I'll never see them again! Yeah right!! (It's a small town.)
[Actually, I didn't yell but they knew I wasn't happy.]
I was up looking at the Scrapsupply website. Lots of cool stuff. Totally overwhelmed. I was on there for HOURS. I won Sharyn's 2-years-as-a-blogger prize! (YAY!) I was thrilled. Anyway, I don't scrapbook, as many of you know but I love doing other projects. I have three shadowboxes for Nikayda's room that I had picked up at IKEA, last fall. A medium size square and two smaller squares that I'll hang on either side of the med. one. So, I was on Scrapsupply looking for inspiration and found many, many, many things to choose from. Tried calling Emy but she was out with the girls so I'll have to try her later. (Help Em!) Figured she could give me a hand with all the scrapping products.
Anyway, gotta run. Since I was woken up by 9:30 and seeing as it's already 10:30, I gotta get my kids rounded up and head out to a couple of garage sales! But before I go, I wanted to let you know we have another blogger! I was just on Sue's site and saw that Kate's got a sight now. Way to go!! I'm so fired up. (Aaaahheeem.....Shell????) I haven't even had a chance to get on there yet to see what she's up to but I will later - gotta run. Those sales are waiting...or rather, they aren't!

Yeah Jennifer I finally bit the bullet and started this crazy game you all have been having so much fun with. Don't know how good or how long I will last but in the meantime I might as well join you.
Hope you had a great day of garage saling since your day did not start out that great. SHOOT............... I WISH I COULD SLEEP IN UNTIL 9:30.
