What a beautiful inspirational-filled day it's been!
And I've gotten not. one. single. thing accomplished. (That seems to be my daily motto of late!) Ah but hasn't it been fun? Lol. I've been on Posy. Newly listed over there on the left under Inspiration. I have this little dream, yes one of many, to sew pillows. I have a thing for pillows. I want them everywhere in my house. I have a million ideas for using vintage linens, buttons, rick-rack, lace, you name it (all of which I have in my *little* (much laughter inserted here) collection). I've been clipping pictures of pillows, for inspiration for quite some time. I envision that I'd like to sell them. (Possibly when I venture into the junk business one day). ;)
I found plenty of inspiration for pillows and for my house over on Posy. The woman lives in Europe...maybe England?? I truly have no idea as I was mostly scanning the photos on her blog. Anyway, I'm in love with her floral (rose) wall-paper in her living? room and what she's done to her front hall/stairway (all white) and one of her daughter's rooms (pale pink - exactly what I want for George's room). She loves Cath Kidston florals, which are absolutely spectacular! And she seems to really like (so do I) something called Green Gate. I haven't looked into that yet.
And I need a little help here. :) How do I bookmark a page and insert it into my blog as I'm posting? This way someone can double-click on say "wall-paper" and that particular page will appear? You can email me or put it in comments. Everyone else seems to know this feature but the new guy here (me) hasn't figured it out. Lol.
Oh and anyone else who, like me absolutely loves all things handmade, do yourself a favor and check out Etsy. Didn't even know it existed until yesterday! (Over there on the left under Retail).

as far as linking in your posts...highlight the word or words you want to use as a link and go up to the little icon with the "link" in it, type in the web address you want to link to and voila!! (Is that what you were asking?)
Thank you! (It was). And that's too funny. At this point, I wouldn't even hesitate to admit that I'm the dizziest person ever! I had wondered what that little icon was all about...just never really *inspected* it!
