I took a bunch of Nikayda yesterday when she was eating a pop-ice.
It was only after I loaded them onto my PC that I realized I should have been standing on the other side of her. Chalk that up to a lesson learned. :) I'm trying to be more conscious of my pictures and trying, trying, trying to improve. It's a painstakingly slow process for me. Lol! But I'm trying... I want to take 'good' pictures so bad!!
I've been doing a lot of serious critiquing of my pictures since I started taking them again. I'm really appreciative of Sharyn's tip the other day. I need so many more than that though! :) Because there are so many little things like that that I'm unaware of. I can look at my pictures and think that something doesn't look right, but because I don't know all of those little tips out there, I'm unaware of what I could do differently.
If I don't know what to do differently, I'll never be able to improve! :)

I, too, would love to take pictures of the calibre that Sharyn does for example...even took a couple of classes but alas, still not there...will never be there. Re: the ice pop...my kids (for some reason unbeknownst to me) call them "cold pickles"...I love that and just can't correct them tho I think my little guy has gotten wise now and calls them popsicles. Darn. Oh well! LOL
Lol! I love *that*! (cold pickles) I wouldn't correct them either. :)
It's the same with Aapo when he calls monster trucks "mufflers". I can't correct him! I love it too much. ;) (Besides it cracks me up that he's so right-on with the muffler thing. I don't even know where he got that from because he certainly has no idea what a muffler is!) :)
