My mind is but a blank canvas today. Wasn't that so poetic? Anyway, it really is and I've got an adorable 20 month old screaming his little head off - ooooh he's just so cute - throwing a temper tantrum by my side. Sarcasm? What sarcasm? I should be used to this by now, he averages at least five a day. Maybe it's 2-3?! Not sure. It's not something I'm keeping track of these days.
In any case, it's not much help for getting the creativity flowing! My mind is blank. Oh, but don't you worry - I will come up with something. I tend to have no trouble at all when it comes to rambling!
Now talking about rambling brings to mind Waylon. Now I have tunes goin' through my head. Still no help...'I'm a raaaaamblin' man!".....yeah, I don't think this is helping... "Don't mess around with any old ramblin' man!!" Is that even how the song goes?! Don't you hate when you get songs stuck in your head? Did you know they're called ear worms? Ear worms?!! Doesn't that sound so gross?! All I can picture is a worm in my ear. Sick! If they were real, my ears would be plugged! Now there's a thought!!
Did you know there's a full-moon* tonight?! I love full-moons! And I think it's finally suppose to be clear tonight too. I hope so! There goes the noon o'clock siren! Time for lunch. (We have a very loud siren that goes off in town at noon, 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
(*With any luck, maybe the full moon will explain my strange behavior...)

I wish I had to use a siren to remind us of lunch time. LOL These guys start begging for lunch as soon as breakfast is cleaned up.
Hey, we have those sirens in Laurium too. noon and 10pm! As of today no more reminders.
It HAS come in handy many-a-day! My kids think they need lunch as soon as their cereal bowls are put away, too! I'm going to miss that. Come to think of it, maybe I should have Mark put in a siren. ;)
