Psycho Chicken

I was going to make Psycho Chicken for supper tonight (YES, that is the real name - now, doesn't that sound like something fun?) but the recipe calls for dry white wine. Anyone know a substitute?? I think I'll just make it tomorrow night. The recipe looks SO good and I can't wait to try it. I'll let you know how it turns out. I'm assuming I can use chicken broth, but I was wondering if there were another substitute?
