Louie

Carter's nickname, Lou-lee-Lou, kind of evolved into Louie.

So, now he's Lou-lee, Louie, Lou, Lardo, Fat-boy, Chunky-dunk, Cart, Carty, Carty-Lardy and Car-door. (His grandpa Dave gave him the last one). The best one is probably "Monster". Yes, we call our baby Monster. There are probably more but I can't think of them at the moment. (I'm kind of big on nicknames.)

Here he is climbing up on his firetruck, a very handy item of convenience, to reach for the puuro (oatmeal) on the counter. In the bottom left picture he's saying "hot". He goes "hah...hah" for hot. He's wearing yet another hat - this time, Nikayda's.

Recently, George asked me what Lardo means. I just told her that we can only call Carter that because he's a fat baby but we never should call anyone else that. (I can just see her going to school and saying it...)
