He's not going to be happy with me, you know - for posting him on my blog AND for talking about his mustache. But I just couldn't resist. I've been begging him for months to shave it off. He kept insisting that it was keeping his upper lip warm during the winter. (Shrug. What can you do?) But it started warming up around here - at least warm enough to snow. So, I insisted it was completely unnecessary and that even though the 80's seemed to be making a great comeback (UGH!), it had to go. I kept insisting that it reminded me of pictures of my dad & every other male from that era (no offense, dad). I'm so glad he finally complied! I think he looks MUCH better. Don't you?

OHHHH! I read the mustASH wrong. I was wondering what part of it was from the Green Gables. Now I got it.

Explanation: After seeing a boy she likes, one of the girls, I think it's Josie Pye says to the other girl "But he has the cutest mustache". There's a bit of an emphasis on the word mustache kind of like mustaaashe. So, for years, it's been a bit of an inside joke for us.
