Anyone know how I can change the font on my blog?
I want the option to use more scrolling letters. Swirling letters. Think calligraphy or cursive. That sort of thing. I love that but I have no idea how to change mine. And I assume that there must be a way...
You know, I haven't had much luck with answers whenever I ask a question, but I'm not giving up. If I have questions, I'm going to keep asking. So any lurkers out there who may know, please feel free to respond. :)

Sorry .. you're using a blogging host that I'm not familiar with, and a template no doubt, so I have no idea what it looks like to help you. If you were using html, I could tell you.
If you can figure out how to change it, though, my favorite cursive-y script is Lucida Handwriting
There aren't very many options but the font is at the top of the "typing block" near the left side.
Beatle, :) I know where the font is but other blogsp0t.com people have scrolly type, so I know there's a way. I just don't know how. :)
For an example go to the "Mama and Jack" blog under Vintage/Home Inspiration.
Give me a blog page to look at maybe I can help. I don't promise any thing but maybe.
Maybe they use something like this web site http://www.bluebirdblogs.com/
Thanks Judy! :) Maybe they pay for the whole look and style of their blogs but I'm wondering if there are other ways for those who are computer saavy or want to learn...
I'm on the hunt because I'd like to make my blog more unique. More to my style. For fun.
I found this one too.

Judy ~ Thank you! That looks like something to inspect further... I'll take a look tomorrow. :)
Jen--this is re: cityvs.country.
the thing that bugs me is the vs. part. did you ever notice how it gets tooth and claw over which is better? i.e. "my way of life is right and yours sucks"? i hate that. maybe i'm a country girl with victoria secret underwear. or maybe a city girl with dirt under my nails.....stereotypes, non? well, well. i have a soapbox after all!
love to you,
ann
Ann ~ :) There is no "vs."
It was whether or not you consider yourself to be a city girl or a country girl (or both) and why because everyone considers themselves one or the other for various reasons. And I love conversation. :) So no claws. No "vs." I promise. ;)
And I agree - :) No one could ever say one way is better than the other. The only way to be is to be happy with where you are. :)
Hi, Ann. :) Where've ya been? I was just thinking about you..
I like the "country girl with Victoria's Secret underwear" line. :)
Huh?! Of course there is a vs. City is better. ;-) j/k ..
I liked that line too.
And I will say that I usually have dirt under my nails - not entirely sure why myself - but I am still not at all country. :-)
Love that line too! :)
You can probably change your fonts using html codes but I don't know the exact coding.... You kind of have to be a complete computer nerd for that..(and don't get me wrong, I wish I was one...)
