JoLynn -(I'm responding here because that post is back a ways...) I found that pillow (in the bowling pin picture) at a garage sale. I drove miles and miles out of town when I lived in MI because the sign said antiques. I was beginning to think I should just turn around. But I kept going. (It was way north of Oak Grove, if you know where that is). There was tons of cool stuff there. I bought two pillows and some linens and stuff. The other pillow is a little smaller.

They were both VERY old and tattered. (Why I love them so much). I put them through the machine on the hottest cycle a few times and they faded a little more. Now, I think they're perfect! (But mostly I did that because of my germ-freakness! Lol. Wanted to make sure that most of the dustmites were gone). :)

And I love patchwork too. It's so cozy! I also love yo-yo's. Someday I'd like to make a yo-yo quilt for Nikayda's room...that someday may never come but it's still fun to think about.
