Top R.: Cabinet is from Gordon & Marilyn Heinonen (Gordon made it) - hanging in my bathroom. The old medicine bottles on the bottom left corner (Bottom L.) w/ the label and the one behind it w/ the blue cap are from junk-picking in Howell. The rest are from junk shopping.
The idea to use the cabinet in this way is actually a special one to me. I've always loved and admired Marilyn's medicine cabinet in her bathroom since I was a very little kid. With all of the old medicine containers, it's always been so fun to look at. So when they gave this one for our wedding, I decided to use it in a similar manner, using old medicine bottles.
Bottom R.: This old window is from mom & dad, for my birthday last year. I found it at the Livingston Antique Outlet. I also loved this little ladder. It's made of old barn wood. The birds & the star are from Homespun in Brighton (MI). The baby picture is of my dad. And the sign says: Friends Welcome, Relatives by Appointment. Aapo got that from the dollar game at Josephson's, last Christmas.
