I did it! I Finally told her no!
My neighbor just came-a-knocking and asked if she could use my phone. I was using it when she came and told her, "No. I'm using it right now."
Then she started her usual begging, "Do you think I could use it later?"
And I said, "No. I'm kind of busy tonight."
And that was that!
My heart was racing but Mark said I didn't even sound rude. Darn! (She'll be back again... But now that I told her "no" once it should be a lot easier next time.)
