8 More Days!!

Eight more days 'til junk picking!!!

Seven more days until we arrive at mom & dad's. I'm making sure we get there on Thursday so I can make it to the Curdy Rd. garage sale on Friday. I'm becoming infamous for this garage sale. People all over town, apparently, know that I'm coming.

Ginger, my mom & dad's neighbor, has a niece Kim. I met Kim at a garage sale that she had a couple of years ago and went to it again, last year. (I have her metal shower curtain rings and a white wood frame. Not to mention kids clothes.) Well, this year, Kim told her aunt Ginger to tell my mom to tell me that she was having her garage sale today but she "knows that I'm not coming until next week". (Kim knows this bit of information because I told her, last year, that I have a standing date with the Curdy Rd. Sale.)

So. My mom went and found a bunch of stuff and I can't wait to see it.

The other point to all of this is my mom stopped at Kim's neighbor's garage sale on accident, on her way to Kim's. When my mom asked if she was Kim, she said no. Then my mom told her that she was on a mission for her daughter (me). The lady said, "Oh. Is she the one coming next weekend for the Curdy Rd. garage sale?"

So. See. I'm infamous. Or so it seems. Wonder who all will be looking for me at that Curdy Rd. Sale?! :)
